Why we created TheraVita Health
TheraVita Health began with a simple but important vision: to make high-quality, personalised healthcare more accessible.
As twin Clinical Pharmacists, we saw first-hand how people can struggle to access timely help for weight management, skin health and long-term wellbeing. Long waits, strict referral criteria and short appointments can leave little room for individual guidance.
We created TheraVita to offer a more personal experience—one where patients feel listened to, understand their options and receive guidance from experienced healthcare professionals.

Her experience spans primary care, acute and complex care, and clinical leadership, alongside specialist interests in weight management, mental health and skincare. She brings compassion, innovation and careful clinical decision-making to the service.

Tonia brings experience across haematology, acute and complex care, independent prescribing and clinical leadership. Her attention to detail, focus on medication safety and patient-first approach help ensure that TheraVita’s services remain evidence-informed and tailored to individual needs.
