Our Story
TheraVita Health was born out of a vision to bridge gaps in access to healthcare services.
Our Founders are identical twin Pharmacist sisters who, through various experiences, noticed the lack of access to effective weight loss treatment within the NHS. Patients usually need to meet strict criteria for referral to weight management and related specialist services.
Motivated to make a difference, we created TheraVita Health to help bridge this gap, and enable us to empower patients to take charge of their health and to provide safe, evidence-based solutions tailored to individual needs.

Patient Reviews: Conducting in-depth assessments to ensure treatments are safe, effective and personalised to individual needs.
Managing Chronic Conditions and Prescribing: 5+ years of NHS Primary and Secondary Care experience. Qualified in prescribing and monitoring treatments for minor ailments, common chronic health conditions, skincare and more; ensuring treatments are safe, appropriate and optimised for each patient and their condition(s).
Holistic Patient Care: Taking a whole-person approach by addressing lifestyle factors, mental health and co-existing conditions to create sustainable treatment plans.

With over 3 years of experience in primary care and a specialist interest in weight management and mental health, Theola leads the vision and clinical strategy at TheraVita Health. She brings compassion, innovation, and clinical excellence to every aspect of the business - from prescribing and treatment planning to digital health integration and patient experience.

Co-Founder & Clinical Director
Tonia is a Senior NHS Pharmacist with a background in haematology and complex care. Her attention to detail, clinical leadership, and patient-first approach drive the safe, evidence-based foundations of the services TheraVita offers. She works closely with Theola to shape the clinical direction and ensure high-quality, personalised care.
