Yes. You will complete an eligibility questionnaire first. Your information is then reviewed and a clinical consultation is arranged where appropriate. Prescription treatment is not supplied without an individual assessment.
What support is included?
Your programme includes clinical review and prescribing where appropriate, ongoing monitoring, direct support, personalised nutrition and exercise guidance, side-effect advice and delivery.
Can I transfer from another provider?
Potentially, yes. We may ask for evidence of your current treatment, dose and recent prescribing history. Your prescriber will still need to confirm that continued treatment is safe and appropriate.
How often will my treatment be reviewed?
Your progress and treatment are reviewed regularly, usually every month. You can also contact your prescriber between reviews if you have concerns or need clinical advice.
How do I see the current prices?
