Effective Date: 06/01/2025

Last Updated: 21/06/2026

These Terms apply to all TheraVita Health services and products, including:

  • Weight loss consultations and treatment packages
  • Prescription weight loss treatment, where clinically appropriate
  • Skincare consultations and prescription skincare, where clinically appropriate
  • Personalised meal and exercise plans
  • Digital downloads, templates and lifestyle resources

Additional terms may apply to specific products, services, promotions or subscriptions. If so, these will be explained before you purchase or use that service.

3. Medical Disclaimer

TheraVita Health provides private pharmacist-led services for selected health and wellness concerns. Our services are not a replacement for your GP, NHS services, emergency care or specialist medical care.

You should contact your GP, NHS 111, 999 or your nearest emergency department if you have urgent, severe or worsening symptoms.

Information on our website is provided for general information only. It should not be used to diagnose a condition, replace medical advice or decide whether a prescription medicine is suitable for you.

4. Eligibility to Use Our Clinical Services

To use our clinical and prescription services, you must:

  • Be aged 18 or over, unless we specifically state otherwise
  • Be located in the UK, unless we agree otherwise
  • Provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information
  • Provide appropriate identification, photos, measurements or clinical information where required
  • Tell us about your medical history, allergies, current medicines and relevant health conditions
  • Tell us if you are receiving treatment elsewhere for the same or related condition
  • Have capacity to make decisions about your treatment

We may refuse to provide a service or treatment if:

  • Treatment is not clinically appropriate
  • You do not provide the information required for safe assessment
  • Your information cannot be verified
  • You provide false, misleading or incomplete information
  • You are outside the scope of the service we provide
  • You require urgent, face-to-face or specialist medical assessment
  • We believe prescribing or continuing treatment would be unsafe

5. Consultations and Clinical Assessment

All clinical services are subject to professional judgement.

Completing a form, booking a consultation, paying for a service or submitting photos does not guarantee that treatment or a prescription will be provided.

Your clinician may:

  • Approve treatment if it is clinically suitable
  • Ask for more information
  • Request additional photos, measurements or documents
  • Recommend a consultation before a decision is made
  • Recommend that you contact your GP or another healthcare professional
  • Refuse treatment if it is not safe or appropriate

Your safety is our priority. We only prescribe when it is clinically appropriate and when the prescriber has enough information to make a safe decision.

6. Weight Loss Programme

Our weight loss programme provides pharmacist-led support for eligible adults who may be suitable for prescription weight loss treatment, including Mounjaro.

The process may include:

  1. Completing an online eligibility or consultation form
  2. Providing required health information, photos, ID, weight, height and measurements
  3. Having your information reviewed by a Pharmacist Prescriber
  4. Booking and attending a virtual consultation where required
  5. Receiving a prescription only if treatment is clinically appropriate
  6. Paying for your treatment package once approved
  7. Having your prescription dispensed by a partner pharmacy
  8. Receiving your medication by delivery
  9. Attending follow-up reviews for ongoing monitoring and support

We do not guarantee that you will be prescribed treatment.

We do not guarantee a specific amount of weight loss. Results vary from person to person and depend on factors such as diet, activity, medical history, adherence, dose, side effects and long-term lifestyle changes.

Mounjaro and other weight loss medicines must be used only as prescribed and alongside appropriate lifestyle changes.

7. Skincare Services

TheraVita Health offers private online skincare consultations for selected skin concerns, including acne, eczema, dry skin, hyperpigmentation and uneven skin tone.

Where clinically appropriate, we may recommend prescription treatment, non-prescription skincare advice or a personalised skincare routine.

You may be asked to provide clear photos of your skin concern. If the photos or information provided are not sufficient for safe assessment, we may ask for more information or advise you to seek face-to-face medical care.

We do not currently prescribe oral antibiotics for acne through our skincare service.

We may refuse treatment if your skin concern appears severe, infected, unclear, outside our scope or unsuitable for remote assessment.

8. Personalised Meal and Exercise Plans

TheraVita Health may offer personalised meal plans, exercise plans, templates or digital resources.

These plans are intended to provide general lifestyle support and are not a replacement for medical, dietetic, physiotherapy or specialist advice.

You are responsible for making sure any exercise plan is suitable for your ability, health status and fitness level. You should stop exercising and seek medical advice if you feel unwell, experience chest pain, severe breathlessness, dizziness, injury or concerning symptoms.

If you have a medical condition, injury, mobility limitation, pregnancy, eating disorder history or other health concern, you should seek appropriate medical advice before starting a new diet or exercise programme.

9. Cosmetic and Wellness Products

TheraVita Health may sell cosmetic and wellness products, including Shea butter products.

Cosmetic products are not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition.

Product descriptions, ingredients, directions for use and warnings are provided on the relevant product page or packaging. You should read all product information before use.

We recommend patch testing cosmetic products before first use. If irritation occurs, stop using the product.

If you have a diagnosed skin condition, broken skin, infected skin, severe irritation or a worsening skin concern, you should seek medical advice before using cosmetic products.

10. Orders, Payments and Pricing

All prices are displayed on our website or confirmed before payment.

Prices may change from time to time. The price payable is the price confirmed at the time you place your order or accept a treatment package.

Payment must usually be made in full before we provide a service, issue an order for dispensing, create a personalised plan or dispatch products.

We may use third-party payment providers to process payments securely. We do not store your full card details.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If an error affects your order, we will contact you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel.

11. Prescriptions and Partner Pharmacies

Where prescription treatment is clinically appropriate, your prescription may be sent to a licensed UK pharmacy for dispensing and delivery.

The pharmacy is responsible for dispensing the medicine and may contact you if they need more information.

Delivery of prescription medicines may be handled by the pharmacy or its delivery partners.

We are not responsible for delays caused by pharmacy processing times, stock availability, courier issues, incorrect delivery details, failed delivery attempts, weekends, bank holidays or events outside our control.

You must ensure that your delivery details are accurate and that you are available to receive your medicine where required.

12. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated.

Prescription medicines and products may be delivered by third-party courier or postal services.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery details
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Courier delays
  • Pharmacy processing delays
  • Stock delays
  • Weather, strikes or disruption
  • Weekends or bank holidays
  • Events outside our reasonable control

If your order is delayed, damaged or missing, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate.

13. Cancellations, Refunds and Returns

Your cancellation, refund and return rights depend on the type of product or service purchased.

Clinical consultations and prescription services

Consultation fees are generally non-refundable once the consultation has taken place or once clinical work has begun.

Completing a form or attending a consultation does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued.

If treatment is not clinically appropriate, we will explain the outcome. Whether any refund is due will depend on the service purchased, the work already completed and the circumstances.

Prescription medicines

Prescription medicines cannot usually be returned or refunded once they have been dispensed, unless there has been an error, fault or issue that legally requires a refund or replacement.

For safety reasons, we cannot reuse or resell returned medicines.

Personalised plans and digital products

Personalised meal plans, exercise plans, templates, downloadable files and other digital products may be non-refundable once work has started, the plan has been created, or the digital content has been delivered or accessed.

Cosmetic and wellness products

Non-prescription cosmetic and wellness products may be eligible for return within 14 days of receipt if they are unused, unopened, in their original packaging and in a resalable condition.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used cosmetic products unless they are faulty.

You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty, incorrect or damaged on arrival.

Pre-orders

If you purchase a pre-order product, the expected dispatch timeframe will be stated on the product page where possible.

Pre-order dispatch dates are estimates and may change due to stock, packaging, production, supplier or courier delays.

If there is a significant delay, we will aim to update you.

Please include your name, order number, service purchased and reason for your request.

14. Your Responsibilities

  • Tell us if your health changes during treatment
  • Use medicines only as prescribed

We may stop providing services to you if you misuse our service, behave abusively, provide false information, repeatedly fail to attend appointments, fail to engage with required monitoring or use prescribed medicines unsafely.

15. Side Effects, Safety and Emergencies

Some medicines can cause side effects. You must read the patient information leaflet supplied with your medication and follow all advice given by your prescriber or pharmacist.

If you experience side effects, you should contact us or the dispensing pharmacy for advice.

If your symptoms are severe, urgent or concerning, you should seek urgent medical help by contacting NHS 111, calling 999 or attending your nearest emergency department, depending on the severity of your symptoms.

TheraVita Health is not an emergency service.

16. GP Communication and Shared Care

For prescription services, we may ask for your GP details and consent to share relevant treatment information with your GP.

This is to support safe and joined-up care.

If you do not provide GP details or do not consent to information sharing, your prescriber will decide whether it is still safe and appropriate to prescribe.

In some circumstances, information may need to be shared without consent if required by law, professional standards, safeguarding obligations or serious risk of harm.

17. Accuracy of Website Information

We try to keep our website accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that all information will always be complete, current or error-free.

Product availability, prices, services, treatment options and delivery times may change without notice.

We may update, remove or change website content at any time.

18. Promotions, Offers and Discount Codes

From time to time, we may offer promotions, discounts or limited-time offers.

Promotions may be subject to additional terms, expiry dates, product availability, exclusions or usage limits.

Discount codes cannot usually be applied retrospectively after an order has been placed.

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend promotions at any time.

19. Reviews, Testimonials and User Content

If you submit a review, testimonial, photo, comment or other content to TheraVita Health, you confirm that it is truthful, lawful and does not infringe anyone else's rights.

We may ask for your permission before using testimonials, reviews, photos or other content for marketing.

Clinical or health-related testimonials may be edited or declined where required to comply with advertising rules, professional standards or patient confidentiality.

20. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, logos, text, graphics, images, product descriptions, downloadable materials, templates and digital resources are owned by or licensed to TheraVita Health.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, publish or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.

We may suspend or refuse access to our services if we believe these Terms have been breached.

Our Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms.

23. Third-Party Services and Links

Our website or services may link to third-party websites, booking systems, payment providers, pharmacies, delivery partners, social media platforms or other external services.

We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, availability or performance of third-party websites or services.

You should read the terms and privacy policies of any third-party service before using it.

24. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any rights you have under consumer law.

Subject to the above, TheraVita Health is not liable for:

  • Incorrect, incomplete or misleading information provided by you
  • Unsafe use, sharing or misuse of prescribed medicines
  • Failure to follow treatment instructions or safety advice
  • Delays caused by pharmacies, couriers, technical issues or events outside our control
  • Losses that were not reasonably foreseeable
  • Indirect or consequential losses
  • Loss of profit, business, income, opportunity or goodwill
  • Website downtime or temporary unavailability

Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product or service, unless the law requires otherwise.

25. Events Outside Our Control

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform our obligations where this is caused by events outside our reasonable control.

This may include courier disruption, supplier delays, pharmacy delays, illness, staff shortages, IT failures, cyber incidents, payment provider issues, extreme weather, strikes, public health events, regulatory changes or other circumstances beyond our control.

26. Complaints

If you are unhappy with a product or service, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue.

Please email: management@theravitahealth.co.uk

Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised Last Updated date.

The Terms in place at the time you place an order or book a service will usually apply to that order or service, unless a change is required by law or regulation.

28. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining sections will continue to apply.

29. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales, unless consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere in the UK.
